If you open up the 'Console' app, check the Crash Reports tab and see if you find anything recent there mentioning your tablet, if so this provides rich information I can use to hunt down and fix bugs in this driver. My ability to find issues with the Intuos 3 driver is very limited because I don't own an Intuos 3 myself. However it doesn't aim to fix any 'supported tablet not found' issues - it only fixes the specific issue of the preference pane crashing when anything on it is clicked on. I've done a lmhostid and i get the following: I've got 1 wireless NIC (Netgear WG311Ts) and 2 on board NIC's and Maya isn't accepting any of the MAC addresses as a valid host. now i just have to fix that 'X' mouse pointer and the middle mouse functions though thankfully those are also listed in the forum.

I've tried to reactivate it with the MAC address i grabbed from my linux installation though I'm stuck because nothing is working. I have 3 nic cards installed, a wireless and 2 wired (1 not installed) I'm wondering if the wireless is somehow conflicting though the Mac address is similar to my windows license it just seems to change by a few digits. On windows my license works just fine but when i try to use it under linux my MAC address seems to change and I cant figure out what to do. Well I have a bit of a weird problem with this install, I haven't gotten maya to work just yet though I suspect it will once my license is accepted.
